Shipping & Delivery
Please note, we can only process the shipment of orders once the full payment has been received.
We aim to arrange shipping of all in-stock units within 2-3 working days of payment receipt. Once the order has been dispatched, as an estimate, it will take 3-5 days to arrive to the courier company.
Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to international destinations (excepts for self pickup).
Once the order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. To validate the tracking information, the shipping carrier required approximately one business day from the notification receipt.
Your order will be sent from either our locations in China or Hong Kong according to the country of destination and product availability.
Please note that the delivery dates provided are only an estimate, we will not be held responsible for any delay from the courier company or manufacturer.
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all packages for items such as power supplies, manuals, and cables, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered. Please be sure to save the box, the outer shipping carton (when applicable) and all packing material, in the unlikely event that you’ll need it for a return shipment. Any damage during shipment must be handled by the customer with the carrier directly. Carrier may request to inspect the item upon receipt of a claim.
Taxes and Customs Duties
All International orders, sold and delivered by FleXTRon Mining are exclusive of Value Added Tax.
Consumer will be solely responsible for paying any outstanding taxes and duties as per your country’s law and its customs unless a DDP shipping is selected. Lack of payment will result in return of the product to the supplier.
It is the customer responsibility to know the local duties and tax laws and handle any customs issues that may arise. FleXTRon Mining shall not be liable for any cost of damage or expense as a result of error from calculating taxes and duties pertaining to your order.
We do not accept any refund requests in case of failure of customs clearance.
Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered.
Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. If you refuse delivery of the product you will be liable for the cost of resending the parcel as well as storage fees.
